SHIPPING & RETURNS
Delivery Charges will vary per item (depending on size and weight) but are capped for orders over £50. Delivery is free for orders over £50 in the UK, £6.95 for Europe and £9.95 for USA / ROW respectively.
Your items will be shipped via Royal Mail, First Class (or in some cases via DPD courier).
Non-domestic shipping will be sent via Royal Mail, Standard International Shipping.
These standard delivery services are NOT tracked, but should you need something asap or via tracked mail, please contact me for a quote.
I aim to ship within 1-3 business days, and will always endeavour to ship as quickly as possible.
Once the item is shipped, approximate delivery times for the UK and Ireland are 1-2 working days via 1st Class Royal Mail.
Non-domestic packages are sent as 'International Small Parcels' via Standard post.
Approximate delivery times are as follows:
Western Europe: 3-5 working days
Eastern Europe: 5-7 working days
USA/Rest of the World: 5-14 working days. Please be aware that this can be longer for remote areas / non major cities.
International delivery - Additional Charges
If you live outside the UK, please be aware you may be required to pay local customs or duty charges. These charges (and any time taken whereby the items are held up at customs) are completely outside our control. Please allow for this during busy periods e.g. Christmas. It is your responsibility to pay any charges / taxes incurred in your own country to receive your items.
In a bid to reduce waste, I will sometimes reuse and recycle packaging to ship our items. I am moving towards not buying in any plastic for packaging and will instead try to reuse what comes my way. I am currently looking in to an alternative solution for our cello bags for prints but am still working through existing stock at the moment, so do bear with me.
Return & Exchange Policy
I really hope that you are happy with your order but if not, I will be happy to offer a refund on any uncustomised orders. Please return the item in the original packaging within 5 days. The buyer will be responsible for paying the return postage.
If the item has been damaged in transit, I would be grateful if you could email me a quick photograph. I will then ensure that you are either sent a refund or replacement.
For customised orders - if I have made a mistake, please let me know asap and I will be happy to send you a corrected print free of charge.
If the mistake has been made by you at the input stage, I will charge a further £10 for a new print.
