FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Yes, all of my prints are customisable. There are drop down menus to select your choice of font colour and to add the details of the name and/or date of birth that you would like to be added to your print.

If you have a particular request eg. different font, please contact me and I will be happy to accommodate where possible.

I aim to get all orders posted within 3 days of ordering so please expect 3-5 days for your order to arrive.

Customised orders may take slightly longer so please allow up to 7 days.

Should there are any delays, I will contact you at the time of ordering.

A4 prints will arrive flat in a biodegradable cellophane bag and stiff envelope.

A3 prints will arrive flat in cellophane bag & stiff envelope - please note that I will be changing to a more eco friendly option asap so please bear with me.

Original artwork will arrive wrapped in acid-free tissue paper.

I really hope that you are happy with your order but if not, I will be happy to offer a refund on any uncustomised orders. Please return the item in the original packaging within 5 days. The buyer will be responsible for postage.

For customised orders - if I have made a mistake, please let me know asap and I will be happy to send you a corrected print free of charge.

If the mistake has been made by you at the input stage, I will charge a further £10 for a new print.
